Django Blueprint no longer working

The Django Blueprint is no longer working.
According to the CI/CD pipelines, the app container is restarting all the time.

Please investigate and fix the issue.

Hints for debugging:

• Use Portainer to check the logs
• It's probably related to the Django Base Image
• Or it's related to this repository
