Add authentication to the dashboard

Add authentication to the GitLab Dashboard, similar to HACTAR.

  • There's a login page similar to HACTAR
  • There's a logout button in the header
  • All other pages can only be viewed when the user has logged in

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
