Onboarding Card

When we're onboarding new employees, it would be nice to have an onboarding card which includes this:

• A nice and warm welcome
• The new username
• The new password
• The URL of the ERP

The username & password is usually created by the manager.
The process is manual, but a task is automatically scheduled when the "Pre-Onbording" plan is started in Odoo.

If we're fancy, we could add / generate the onboarding card / PDF directly in Odoo :)
