Update Pages template

I started working with the Pages template. It is awesome! :), but I've some updates / questions since I've started using :)

• The main title in the Pages template doesn't match our documented guidelines
• Is it "normal" to have the subline over the main title? Shouldn't we move that down?
• Can we remove the [ & ] braces and follow Apple's / Pages' templates with example texts (e.g. Lorem Ipsum or alike)
• Can we define the texts as placeholders rather than "real" text
• Can we update the Following Paragraph Style for all styles?
• Can we make a separate style for the header?
• The header isn't aligned to the vertical guides, is that OK?
• Are the character styles "designed" (works as designed), or can we remove all of them, resp. replace them with our CI/CD styles (e.g. orange, bold, etc.)?
• Is it "by design" that section titles will start a new page, which means there can't be a section title on the first page?
• The guides are "annoying" and I usually don't need them, so we can probably hide them (linked to a page anyway, not on follow up pages)?
• There are separate Page Template Guides, but I couldn't figure out what they are ^^
• Shall we order the styles by either their precedence (Main title > Subline > Section title) or by their usage (e.g. Standard first)
• Bullet points are missing, is that by design?
• Can we create the template in an English Pages, because my templates are now mixed (e.g. most English but bullet/list styles are German now)
• Phone number is wrong
• Add shortcuts to styles
• Use sentence style for formats / styles
• Header can be removed
• Tables are not styles / styles will not be applied (e.g. wrong font)
• All "hidden" styles aren't working (tables, captions, etc.… probaby because they're German?!?)
