Finally created a hamonised color palette

Merged Cheryl Oberholzer requested to merge define-colors into master

The complete color palette should now contain color families that:

  • are harmonised in the subjective feel of Hue and Saturation
  • have the same grey value across the same shade (e.g. blue-60 is as much grey as red-60)
  • WCAG 2.0 ready by default
  • some orange families to maybe define a new brand orange

Some adaptions may be necessary after first test out in the wild (WCAG, hormonisation…).
