Translucent tests

Do some basic testing for Translucent, after it has been deployed:

  • Is Translucent reachable? (is already working I think)
  • Is the Translucent tarball downloadable (see also #124 (closed))?
  • Are the docs available?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
