Filterable select list

The current select input element is nice, but we need to enhance it quite a bit.
For the issue confirm/hactar/extensions/raiffeisen#50, it would be nice to have a filterable select element.

I quite like the looks / UX of the Galaxus filter elements.
Let's see if we can achieve something similar.
