c-split-select is no longer working

The split select is no longer working! Investigate and fix it please.

This is merged on master and included in the new Translucent versions. We can't release HACTAR with this, so it needs to be fixed.

We should also talk about QC during MR's on Monday and how we can avoid things like these.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
